What Leaguista is
Leaguista lets people run amateur leagues, knockout cups and group tournaments: invite teams, enter results, share a live page and posters. This page explains what we store to make that work and what we do with it.
What we store
- Your account: email address, the name you give, your language, and whether you want email notifications.
- What you create: leagues, teams, team names and logos, player names, shirt numbers and photos (for football leagues), fixtures, results, goals and cards, posters and branding.
- What you upload to prove a result: screenshots or photos of a score, attached to that match.
- Notifications we sent you and whether you read them.
- For the Pro pass: the payment reference from our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
Who can see it
People in the same league see team names, logos, results and, for football leagues, squads. Email addresses are shown only to the league creator for the teams they invited, and to the person themselves. A league's public page, when the creator switches it on, shows the table, fixtures, results, squads and stats to anyone with the link. It never shows email addresses. Posters contain only what is on that page.
Where it lives
The database, authentication and file storage run on Supabase. The app itself is hosted on Vercel. Payments for the Pro pass go through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles invoices and taxes. Notification emails are sent through the operator's email account. For Pro leagues that use the poster template generator, the example image you provide is sent to Anthropic to produce a template and is not used to train models.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie that remembers your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no ads.
Your choices
You can turn email notifications off from the bell in the header. You can leave a league, delete a league you created, remove players, logos and photos you added, and change your password. To delete your account and everything attached to it, or to ask what we hold about you, write to us at contact@leaguista.app and we will do it within a few days.
